Truck Driving Training & Mentoring Program

Helping put you on the road to a rewarding truck driving career!

We understand that it can be difficult to find a truck driving job without real-world experience and that it’s difficult to get that experience without a job as a truck driver. Kruepke Trucking offers an 3-phase mentorship program that provides qualified candidates with the real world skills needed to begin their career.

The 3 Phases are as follows:

• Phase 1:  working with a trainer locally 1 week
• Phase 2:  working with a trainer Over-the-Road for 3 weeks
• Phase 3:  working solo, in a regional dispatch area for 3 weeks

The program lasts a minimum of 7 weeks, at the end of which the candidate will be qualified to become a Kruepke driver.   Candidates that go through the program are PAID during the entire process.

To qualify, candidates must:

• Have completed an approved truck driving training program from a technical college
• Meet all Federal and State employment requirements, including:
  • Clean driving record (MVR)
  • Clean alcohol/drug test
  • Pass the DOT physical
  • Carry a valid CDL class A license
